i had a wedding trial with ruthellen recently and was thrilled. I loved the salon-looks really new and expensive and i thought the make up was wonderful. I thought it might have been a bit too expensive, but when Ruthellen explained her prices-£40 for make up, including trial, i thought this was very reasonable! Her prices are clean cut too with no hidden charges. All in all my bridal package would be £205, which i thought was great compared to others Ive priced. Thats for 3 make up and call out charges. On meeting Ruthellen and Felicity at the bridal fare in kings hall, i found them both lovely and very approachable. I booked for a trial on my hen night and got so many compliments about my make up. Ruthellen even took the time to add more to my bridal make as she knew i was going out! On the day Ruthellen came to the house and it was so convenient and relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ruthellen to everyone. I was so impressed at the trial with her knowledge and expertise. On the day, she came to my house and was prompt and a very calming influence! I loved getting my make up done and i felt amazing all day. The make up lasted right through the evening. I was an older bride, second time around, and decided that I wanted to look great on the day and not have to worry about touching up make up etc.
I did some of the preparation bridal treatments beforehand and Ruth Ellen did my make up that morning.
Everyone said I looked really great, it was just the look I wanted and I never had to touch my make up all day.
Ruth Ellen takes so much care in the preparation sessions to ensure she delivers the look you want.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, in fact I did recently to my niece and she and her family all looked brill too.
